DELIVERY

We have many items in stock.  Call Kathy at 203-733-2793 for availability or EMAIL .

If not in stock our jewelry is made to order and will arrive in about 4 weeks from time of order placement, for most items. Our enamels and pavé pieces may take longer, due to the multiple step process.

I will collect 50% of the order total at time of placement as your deposit on the jewelry.  The remainder is collected when the item is shipped.  Your credit card statement will read "Dogs First Class".

Should you need an item for a specific date, please EMAIL or call me at 203-733-2793. 

You may also request a specific date in the COMMENTS section of the shopping cart when you check out.  I will confirm availability with you before beginning your order.

GUARANTEE

All our jewelry is unconditionally guaranteed for one full year after purchase. It is our pleasure to make any repairs that may arise for this first year. Subsequent repairs will be made with charges for material, labor and shipping.

RETURNS

If you aren't absolutely thrilled with your Internet purchase, please return it to us, in its original condition within 2 weeks of receipt. We will refund your purchase price.

Custom jewelry is returnable for store credit only.  Custom jewelry includes enamels, many gemstone pieces, rings, and a few other designs.  If unsure, send an email to kathy@huntinghorn.com for information on the piece you would like to order.

Jewelry purchased at dog shows, and subsequently returned, may be charged a 15% restocking fee.  This fee covers our credit card fees and paperwork processing.

PRICING

We exert every effort to ensure that pricing is current on our website.

Due to the extreme fluctuations in the cost of gold, beginning in 2005 we reserve the right to change prices on any jewelry displayed on this website.

Should there be a price change, up OR down, you will be notified within 48 hours, and BEFORE your order is processed.  You may then approve the changed price, or cancel your order.
